Marketing Your Property

We are committed to actively marketing of all our clients’ properties.

We prepare a Property Schedule, including digital photographs, for each property. Once approved, the Property Schedule is displayed within our Property Shop and on our website.

We also arrange for the Property Schedule to be inserted in the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre, which places details of the property within the centre and on their website. ASPC is very often the first search location for people seeking accommodation to let in Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

We are in regular contact with major oil companies, relocation agents, universities, colleges and individuals seeking properties to lease. An updated brochure of available properties is regularly circulated to these potentially interested parties.

Factoring Service

Our comprehensive factoring service includes taking references for prospective tenants, having Inventories prepared and conducting regular inspections, collecting and retaining deposits from tenants, collecting and paying out rent, ensuring compliance with all regulations, dealing with the Council Tax Department and service providers and for Overseas Landlords making the appropriate arrangements with the Inland Revenue.
